Workflow:
The SCAPE Stationary 3D Vision Sensor is installed above the scene to capture and identify the parts. The solution then loads the identified parts for code reading and places them on the calibration table. During waiting time, the robot transfers the empty boxes to the palletizing station, optimizing efficiency and avoiding downtime. When ready for unloading, the SCAPE Solution picks up the parts from the calibration table and places them in the designated area.
