HOW TO MAKE A SAFE RELIABLE CHOICE

STABILITY

STABILITY

Bin-Picking requires software expecting the unexpected. We have several backup procedures that allows the system to achieve picking of parts. Even if the robot encounters a challenge in the bin, we will use smart software to solve the problem and allow for continued stable picking.

SPEED

SPEED

Customers are looking for a return on investment based on how fast parts can be delivered. We have developed a standardized solution that can deliver up to 20 parts per minute. In order to achieve even more parts per minute or to place them in specific positions, we can combine any number of robots. As a result, our customers have unlimited ways to solve even the most demanding needs.

EXPERIENCE

EXPERIENCE

Inventing something doesn't provide the same level of experience as installing it in a production environment. Since 2006, we have been integrating our solutions into car plants, factories, machines, and areas involving human-robot collaboration. Many of our customers have critical demands for the availability of our solution. This has necessitated us to deliver complete systems that our customers can depend on. Each installation has provided valuable knowledge that has been incorporated into the standard SCAPE Bin-Picking Solution.

MODULARITY

MODULARITY

Setting up a bin-picking robot requires auxiliary components to complete the robotic cell. With SCAPE Bin-Picking, you can integrate several robots and our standard grippers into a powerful solution that is applicable for all types of objects. It can be used across robot brands with 6-axis arms, including ABB, KUKA, Universal Robots, and Kawasaki. We also provide modules that allow you to complete your cell with standard components, such as bin fixtures.
